PoCoMo is an AWARD WINNING, independent, progressive and innovative community based registered charity established in 1992. As a grass-roots organization, our mandate includes the development and delivery of innovative programs and services for youth ages 12-18 who may be disadvantaged, marginalized, or at-risk. We create opportunities for youth to reach their full potential.

We value the development of partnerships with individuals, businesses and other agencies in the creation of innovative programs. Together, we work towards ensuring access to other caring community resources for youth and families.
